Le Boétie
An e-solution for a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
Le Boétie is a boutique restaurant in Paris. Their daily menu is home-made, with organic and seasonal products. They work with local and independent producers. Currently there is no sitting area. It is take-away only or you must order through a food delivery company which include extra cost. The idea was to find a solution so consumer do not have to waste time queuing without going through a delivery service.
